Dear Community, Partners, and Friends,
After much reflection, I want to share a personal and professional update.
After two meaningful years, I will be stepping away from my role at Oregon Conferences for Women to focus fully on new business ventures that will take me outside of Oregon. This decision comes with deep gratitude and pride for what we built together.
OCW began as a shared vision to create spaces where women could gather, lead, heal, and grow. From our very first conference to the vibrant community that exists today, this organization has always been about connection, courage, and leadership. I am incredibly proud of the foundation we laid, the stories we amplified, and the community we nurtured together.
Being born and raised in Salem, this work has been especially close to my heart. Building OCW here alongside inspiring women and community partners will always be something I treasure. The relationships, conversations, and collective energy we created will stay with me well beyond this chapter.
As I step into this next phase, my focus is turning fully toward the future of work supporting independent professionals design careers and lives on their own terms. I’m excited about what’s ahead.
I remain deeply grateful to everyone who supported OCW, believed in the mission, and showed up with intention and heart. The community we built together is strong, and I look forward to watching it continue to grow!
If you’d like to stay connected and follow my journey, I invite you to connect with me on LinkedIn, where I’ll be sharing updates on my work and the next chapter ahead.
Thank you for being part of this meaningful season.
With gratitude,
Luz Reyna
